Juvenile Awards - Presented On Sunday 29 January 2012
The Juvenile awards were presented on Sunday 29 January in front of a large audience of parents and fellow players when 50 of Naomh Olaf’s brightest stars were honored. The annual juvenile awards are one of the highlights of the season and this year the club was delighted to have Dublin All Ireland Winner Nicky Deveraux from Ballinteer St Johns join us to present the awards.
Following introductions from Juvenile Chairman Anthony Delaney and club Chairman Liam Kavanagh the awards were presented with the prestigious U11 Dual player awards going to Gavin Soraghan and Ciara Donnelly. This year saw the introduction of new “Players Player of the Year” awards for the U14 Girls and U15 boys teams and the first players to be recognised by the their team mates were Connor Waters for U15 Football and Mark Doyle for U15 Hurling, along with Katie Grimes who picked up the award for both Football and Camogie on the girls side. Congratulations to all 3 of them on their awards and to all 50 award winners who are listed below. Juvenile Awards Slideshow
