I received your contact details from John Costello of the Dublin County Board, who suggested I follow up last September’s email (see below) with you.

I would be delighted to register your club with SSC. There is no cost or obligation involved in doing this, simply complete the attached form and return it to me by email or fax at 01 5262011.

If any of your players/club members are injured and in need of diagnostics (MRI’s, X-Rays) or surgery, please do not hesitate to contact me directly on 087 8249038 and I will do the following where possible:

   1. Fast track the injured party into SSC – this will significantly reduce the amount of time a player is out injured.
   2. Advise on the most cost effective route to SSC for player and club with regards to Private Health Insurance or the GAA Injury Scheme.
