11^th July Senior Hurling League

Naomh Olaf 0 – 10                           Ballyboden St Enda’s 0 – 9

The first half began with two pointed frees from Ballyboden which were cancelled out by fine points from John McGrath and James Hughes.  Eoin Kinsella added a point and Donal MacMathuna converted three frees while Ballyboden scored three from play to leave the score at half-time

Naomh Olaf 0 – 6             Ballyboden 0 – 5.

Scores were hard to come by in the second half but a battling team performance including a towering display by corner forward, Seamas Kinsella, who fought for every ball and won frees converted by Donal MacMathuna saw Naomh Olaf win by the minimum.
