School Links

We acknowledge the great work that the schools in the area do in the promotion of sport and in particular Gaelic Games. Naomh Olaf GAA employs a Games Promotion Officer who works closely with the schools in the area in the promotion of the games and in coaching the many students in their first GAA skills. Both the schools and the club have benefited greatly from this partnership with a large number of primary schools in the area taking part, and winning, in the Cumann na mBunscoil competition and getting to play their finals in Croke Park.

The secondary schools have also had great success in recent years with players from Naomh Olaf GAA representing their schools up to and including All Ireland Schools competitions.
